Starling Cybernetics creates infrastructure to empower communities of people and machines to harmoniously find collective consensus.
Starling Cybernetics is the creation of me, finch (@plaidfinch) – a founding core engineer of the Penumbra Protocol – and is a proud independent member of the Penumbra ecosystem. We will operate the validator Starling Staking on the Penumbra mainnet, and we are building and will maintain an interactive Penumbra governance dashboard, providing information about and enabling participation in on-chain democracy for Penumbra stakeholders.
In addition to these infrastructure services and public goods, Starling Cybernetics also offers consulting and contracting for software projects both related and unrelated to the blockchain, drawing on our extensive background in applied cryptography and programming language design.
